QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL · CLARK COUNTY
A focused plan for the pests that tend to keep coming back, with scheduled visits and covered-pest callbacks between them.
QUARTERLY PROTECTION
Start with a $150 initial service, then $50 per month with quarterly visits.
Treatment scheduling is not open yet. Contact Matt about the plan and current availability. Enrollment details are confirmed before service.
A FOCUSED STARTER PLAN
Common non-wood-destroying ants. Carpenter ants and other wood-destroying pests are excluded.
Spider activity and web removal from accessible eaves and other reachable areas around the home.
Silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, sowbugs, and pillbugs.
Coverage applies to the serviced home and the pests listed in your plan.
We discuss what you’ve noticed and inspect accessible areas around the home, including likely entry points.
We explain the recommended treatment and any preparation or access needs. Treatment follows the pest activity and product directions.
We explain what to expect afterward, any conditions that need attention, and when to contact us again.
BETWEEN SCHEDULED VISITS
If covered pests return between scheduled visits, contact us. We’ll return to assess the problem and provide any needed follow-up service at no additional charge while your quarterly plan is active. Coverage applies to the serviced home and the pests listed in your plan.
Tell us where you’re seeing the activity and when it started. A new pest outside the plan’s coverage needs a separate conversation.
Carpenter ants, termites and other wood-destroying pests; rodents and exclusion or repair work; wildlife; bed bugs; cockroaches; fleas and ticks; mosquitoes; bees; and wasp, hornet, or yellow jacket nests are outside the starter plan.
Interior treatment is targeted when appropriate. We assess the activity and explain whether work inside your home is recommended.
Instructions depend on the recommended service and the products used. We provide the preparation and re-entry instructions that apply before treatment. Tell us about access needs and any concerns about pets or household routines.
One-time general pest service is quoted individually. Its scope and any follow-up are agreed separately. The quarterly plan’s between-visit callback coverage does not automatically apply to a one-time service.
Not yet. Off Limits is preparing to launch in Clark County. You can contact Matt with questions while licensing and launch checks are completed.
