$150 initial service
$50 per month · quarterly visits
Scheduled attention throughout the year, with no-additional-charge callbacks for covered pests between visits while the plan is active.

A separate service for an agreed concern. We discuss whether it fits the activity at your home and confirm its scope and any follow-up. Quarterly callback coverage does not automatically apply.
What happens before treatment?
We ask what you’ve seen and where it’s happening, inspect accessible areas, and explain the recommended work. You receive the price, scope, and any preparation or re-entry instructions before service.
Interior treatment is targeted when appropriate. The work is guided by the activity, site conditions, and product directions.
Clear limits from the start.
The starter offering does not include carpenter ants, termites or other wood-destroying pests; rodents and exclusion or repairs; wildlife; bed bugs; cockroaches; fleas and ticks; mosquitoes; bees; or wasp, hornet, and yellow jacket nests.
