COMMON HOUSEHOLD ANTS
Ant control in Clark County, WA.
Recurring trails on the counter or activity near a doorway give us a place to start. Tell us where you’re seeing ants and how long they’ve been there.
Start with the activity you can see.
We ask which rooms are affected, where you first noticed the ants, and whether they keep returning to the same location. An inspection of accessible areas helps us understand possible entry points and recommend the next step.
Let us know about any sprays, baits, or previous professional treatment. That history helps us plan the work and explain what to expect afterward.
What the starter plan covers
Common non-wood-destroying ants
Included in the starter coverage.
Carpenter ants and other wood-destroying pests are outside this service scope. If you don’t know which kind you have, describe the activity or share a photo you already have. We confirm whether the concern fits the service before agreeing to treatment.
A plan for recurring activity.
Quarterly Protection starts with a $150 initial service, followed by $50 per month, with quarterly visits. It includes callbacks at no additional charge for covered pests between scheduled visits while the plan is active.
Coverage applies to the serviced home and the pests listed in your plan. One-time general pest service is quoted individually, with its scope and follow-up agreed separately.

Note where the trail starts, which rooms are affected, and whether ants keep returning. A clear photo and an approximate size can help, but appearance alone may not identify the species. You don’t need to handle the ants or choose a treatment yourself.
Reduce what draws them indoors.
- Wipe up crumbs and spills, and store food and pet food in sealed containers.
- Address leaking faucets or pipes and note damp areas where ants gather.
- Check accessible gaps around doors, windows, and pipes, and keep vegetation from touching the house.
Removing the ants you can see may not resolve the colony behind the activity. The right approach depends on identification, entry points, and conditions around the home. We explain preparation, treatment expectations, and any re-entry instructions before service.
